Hello everyone! 🤩

Welcome to our Year 1 class page. I hope you are all well and having lots of fun at home. To Parents/Guardians, I just want to say a massive thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. This post will give simple information about our online learning.

Each Monday I will upload planning into the Home Learning section. In this section you will find documents for the following subjects: 

 📏 Maths 
📚 Literacy 
🖊 Phonics, Spelling and Handwriting

🔎 Foundation Subjects (this will be updated throughout the week) 

Please remember that you can complete activities when you can. If you have any issues with any of the online learning then please send an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

 Welcome to Year 1! 

Hello there, welcome to the Year 1 class page.

Here you will find out information about everything we will be getting up to in school this term. 

Year 1 have already settled into the new school year very well and have adapted routines and changes.

Below you will find an example of our school timetable.

At the moment our daily routine is a little different as we have just been adjusting with new changes in school. 

We have spent the last couple of weeks learning about the Colour Monster.

We have been developing our writing skills by writing labels, lists and captions. 

We have also been exploring painting techniques which has been very colourful and messy!
